Ms. Alice Wellio-Moyo is a seasoned finance executive with over 19 years of experience in global accounting, audit, and corporate finance environments. She has extensive expertise in financial strategy, governance, audit oversight, risk management, and corporate reporting across multiple industries both locally and internationally.

She holds more than 15 years of post-ACCA qualification experience, including over a decade in senior leadership roles, with broad exposure spanning financial services, mining, manufacturing, retail, pension funds, insurance, property, professional services, and nonprofit organisations.

Ms. Wellio-Moyo currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PrimeTime Holdings Limited Group, a real estate investment company listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange. Her career includes eight years in banking with Absa Bank Botswana (formerly Barclays Bank Botswana), senior finance roles at PPC Botswana, and eight years of Big Four audit experience with KPMG - providing her with a strong foundation in governance, assurance, and financial stewardship suited to Audit and Risk Committee leadership.

She is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) registered with ACCA (UK) and a Fellow Member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCPA). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Cape Town, South Africa.
